Fighters like Jake Paul, francis Ngannou, max Holloway and others complain about how Dana and the ufc control their fighters like dictators and suppress fighter pay while eliminating competition. Fighters are underpaid and scared to complain publicly due to the ufcs iron grip on the sport.

This video illustrates how unethical the ufcs business practices truly are (and better than others I've seen, worth the watch.)
