The fertitta's will regret selling

With all their zeroes? Somehow I doubt they'll experience much regret at all.

UFC is worth 9.2B but seriously, who really wants to buy it at that price? I can barely stomach paying for a card these days. Imagine buying the whole enchilada?

They’re filthy rich and they won’t live forever. What’s the point of more billions?

Same applies to any level you’re at. You can afford to sustain yourself I presume? What’s the point of any more than you have?

Human’s don’t work like that

I doubt they care, they'll never spend all the money they have. People look at this shit like a game, like, who has the most money when they die and don't get to take it with them to the next realm?

I live in a 800 square foot glass condo in a major city in North America with my kid. Basically a glass box in the sky, lol.

I just want a house with a backyard so I can BBQ.

They were already rich. It's at 9.2 billion now, so more than double what they sold for.

If you can compete w all sports leagues? they have 30 owners, you get all the money for the ufc and its on PPV. Bad move imo They should have at least kept 50% to be safe.
I'm sure they're losing sleep over your opinion.

I think you could make a pretty penny yourself getting them to hire you as financial advisor.

Everyone who says this needs to ponder the possibility that the UFC may not have gotten to the value it's at now without Endevour being the current owners. Possible, ain't it?

Somehow their 3rd cousin Tilman Fertitta is worth $6 billion and is in a similar business.
Your answer lies this way, friend....

This is absolutely true, and I'm glad you mentioned it, as I meant to earlier. The Frittatas were tired, and they wanted a premiere sports property, as they rightly saw the UFC as inferior to an NFL team (in terms of ownership potential).

It's much more likely their kids or grandkids will. I think they knew what they were doing in regards to themselves and while familial wise that might be selfish they wanted to be casino barons and the UFC was just a hobby that mutated into a major sport. From what I hear once they got it legal in NY they felt fulfilled about the whole project and were possibly getting bored.

I do prefer them to Endeavor because I think the hands on capitalists who want to achieve things will always be better than the parisitic shareholders who could care less about the businesses long term health and are openly playing a game of jenga with it's assets. However the decline in the UFC's quality could also be having to adjust to the US monopoly laws(in practice you are allowed to break civil laws until someone sues you). In any case the Fertitta era is one most of us will look back on with nostaglia even if they probably had very little to do with it.

They bought it for like 2 mill and sold over 4 bill, i dont think they care that much. They also never had the same juice to pump it like WME or whoever the fuck they are does. Prob took up a lot of their time as well, which they likely wanted to spend on other endeavors

All you weirdos going on about all the money the Frittatas could have had, yet you overlook what they really lost in this sale. They no longer have late night access to the ring card girls. Frank cannot just hit Arianni up on the Twitter and see what she is up to. He no longer owns her.
