The honour belongs to the idiots of the name Adilson Lima and his corner-man (supposedly Gracie's) on November 25 1995 when he fought IGOR VOVCHANCHYN..... TWICE IN THE SAME NIGHT. After watching their fighter Adilson get brutally knocked out and then some with flush soccer kicks to the head (they even fuckin threw the towel) they proceeded to contest the loss. In response they allowed Lima to have another fight with Igor.... on the same fuckin day. In the second fight his nose was so badly broken they had to stop the fight.

I am pretty sure giving Conor McGregor the Floyd fight without designing a contract that kept him fighting for the UFC is far and away number 1. If the UFC had basically said Floyd fight will make you $100 M but you get $20 M salary and since you have 4 fights left on your UFC contract you will get paid by that contract and $20M for each fight you fulfill and if you do not fight you forfeit any remaining money from the Floyd fight.

Instead they gave him belts in 2 division which he will never defend and he has his $100 M on top of that.

Not using CM Punk to further the UFC's fighters was 2nd place. Mikey Gall gained little by beating CM Punk.
If the UFC had embraced Punk fighting as a true freakshow fight they would have booked him against DJ at WW. Punk cutting to the 171lb limit while DJ having to chug water to make the 156lb min would have been amazing. They could have really made DJ a star and Punk could have done his pro wrasslin heel/bully act to put DJ over. Had Punk won he moves to the next BW then FW etc.
