The Difference between 145 and 168 Conor

It's well known that at 145 he killed himself to beat on midgets.

So he won't be slower carrying around more weight? Tell me more please.
You're kidding right? He's no where near as drained as he'd be at 145, he'll perform better but his optimal weight is at 155. Just carrying more weight isn't the only factor in play here.

Jones and Conor getting shit on.

The best always getting the most hate as usual.

His lats are noticeably larger. I don't want to speculate how many lbs of lean mass he's gained because he's going to look flat and drained regardless while cutting.

But if he weighed in for 170 at 168, he probably cut very little if at all, and we know that's around the weight he'd walk around at before cutting to 145 anyways.

Amazing the lengths he went to to avoid fighting guys his own size.
Poirier was just as big, Aldo about as big....come one man, just about every fighter cuts weight. He was nowhere near a 170 Rumble or a Glieson Tibau.

funny how he cuts so much weight so he can fight smaller guys
Funny how ur grasping at straws to talk bad about him because what else can you talk about? He is simply the perfect human being. There is nothing else you can muster up.

But rather than admit he was too cowardly to start in his natural weight division and then work upwards like a true martial artist, he preferred acting like a gypsy con artist.

Lol the irony in this post. The Jagass knows its true.

Kinda makes his 145 run a joke.

Fighters who go to such extremes lengths to have the size advantage, it's difficult to support that.

Funny how Conor's talking about how size shouldn't matter to a champion. He's had a fucking enormous size advantage for the past 3 years.

Steaks and Salads? Right?
