23 pounds that is the difference
Hardest division...yup. tho jones has defended his belt eight times in the hardest division
They all do it you dolt. What they dont all do....is move up a weight class to fight bigger guys. Not Aldo, not GSP, not Jones.funny how he cuts so much weight so he can fight smaller guys
you mean like all the fighters do..funny how he cuts so much weight so he can fight smaller guys

Stupidest thing i Read today, had a legit lol, well done sir.He should have cut down to 145 just for fun, it would have rattled Nate so badly
Just like Jones
What this tells me is that he would have looked very solid at 155lbs. It's hard to imagine him going back to FW.
Doubt it, but he'd be a monster at 155.He's gonna be much slower than normal

His weight cut in his first 4 fights in the UFC looked a lot better than after it. I think his body has completely outgrown FW.
Saying this, how much better would it be if fighters actually fought in their proper weight class?
That's why it sucks that RDA pulled out I think the plan was win the 155 belt than challenge for 170 and relinquish the 145 beltSo if he can't do FW, how much time would he have before relinquishing FW Belt, do you know?
So he won't be slower carrying around more weight? Tell me more please.
