Ask yourself who you'd rather have as neighbors. If you love poor people so much, you can very easily surround yourself with them.

That's sorta the point little buddy. Perhaps if poor people weren't so poor due to the greedy wealthy elite class, they'd be better neighbors.Ask yourself who you'd rather have as neighbors. If you love poor people so much, you can very easily surround yourself with them.
Ah, so it's rich people's fault that poor people smoke crack in their garage. Help me out here, what exactly are "the greedy wealthy elite class" doing? Is it just existing that makes poor people commit more crime? I'm not sure about your fictional "upper middle class" neighborhood where everybody drives a Maserati and has an opioid problem, but it sounds eerily similar to what a poor person would say if they were trying to pretend to not be poor on a karate forum. You should probably move to a poorer neighborhood where you'd have better neighbors. That's sorta the point little buddy. Although even living upper middle class I have scumbags for neighbors too. They might not smoke crack in their garage, but they probably don't go a day without jumping into their Maseratis high on Oxycontin.
There are problems and issues that need to be addressed, but this idea that there is an actual "class war" is marxist bullshit.
Marx was right in his criticisms of capitalism. He couldn't have been more wrong in his solutions.
Conflate the two, at your own peril.
