I always found it interesting that Tupac's "Killuminati" mantra ended up actually backfiring on him. It was his hope to expose the belief of an all controlling power, especially in the black community. It was his hope to expose this belief as a fallacy but most people took it as though he was saying to "kill" the Illuminati, and his death only reinforced this notion, that there is an all-powerful entity controlling affairs large and small.

I seen some of Griff's stuff on youtube. his delivery was just too frenetic to keep watching without getting a headache imo. Now I would recommend G Craig Lewis "truth about hip hop" documentaries. lot of eyebrow raising stuff he puts forth. and when you run a lot of what he says through your own common sense filter it starts to make a lot of sense always imho.
