Shoop The Bigwaverider Shoopamania Classic Voting Thread. Winners Revealed!!!

Awesome shoops everyone and congratulations to @Arqueto for a well deserved victory.

A couple of months ago I made a heavy-handed 5am drunken "Arqueto For Mod" thread. I've decided that this project isn't sufficient. "@Arqueto for millionaire" is my newest scheme... Plan is to encourage him to post on social media, directly message fighters with pics of them, post tagged stories for them to re-post, and to do some mainstream media posts for the masses... If he works at it then he will gain followers, and once he passes a certain threshold he will start to get sponsored to use programs/apps/guides - there's plenty people with way less talent already doing it - the money is there, along with advertising as a graphic designer, custom images, birthday cards, whatever - there is a business there, clearly, and it costs nothing apart from time to do, but consistency is key...

And then there's also the Hollywood happy ending where someone from the UFC brass sees his stuff and gives him a job - rumoured has it @GSPOAB is a rich graphic designer now, and deleted all his shoops archives after signing a big contract... Its out there, and @Arqueto has the talent.

As long as it's something @Arqueto is down for, I think that is definitely an excellent idea with a high chance of success.

I think the gif contest should be a separate event to be honest. The still shoops have no chance against gifs. But I also know that not many people can shoop gifs so it's a tough one.

I hear you on the gifs bud but we have always had ISL as an open event meaning you can do whatever and we have had people make the podium in rounds with still shoops that have finished above gifs, it's tough but it is doable.

Maybe for the next BSC we could do a category thing like best overall, best still shoop, stuff like that. I'll bring it up for discussion and see what the guys think.

I think ISL should stay the same, up until now it's the only contest that allows gifs. The Bigwaverider Shoopamania Classic has changed that so maybe we can add more categories to spread the prizes out more in the next BSC contest.

Hey guys, I have a message here from Mike's Mum for everyone. I told her I would post it here for her.

My Dear Sherdogs, it's been 3 1/2 months since Bigwaverider passing. Time has been cruel without the wonders of my unique Son. He is never out of my thoughts. I ache, his siblings ache. I speak to him everyday what was created with love for him. Sherdog has become my source of comfort I will ever have. Thank you dear friends of Mike who have become mine. You are my therapy. Seeing the graphics all created from the heart amazes me. Sherdog have adorned Michael. Your art has honored my very dear son. I gaze at your AV and thank you all. Mike loved the concept of SHERDOG and his relationships. He gladly taught in hopes his knowledge will flow to all. His recordings keep me joyous to hear his voice. There are not enough ways I can thank you by being a major part of his life. Seeing so much adoration thru everyone's beautiful work. To the entries of the Classic honor that was thrilling. Everyday I wake up to Sherdog. It's been my joy. To see Mike as you see him is an honor. Again thank you for I am lost for words. But filled with love to my new near and far away friends.
