If anything the $4 million could just as easily be seen as an admission of wrongdoing as much as a windfall for the victim. I get where you're going, but that isnt what those laws are for. Lewd and lascivious and indecent exposure are in the context of being done in public. And I don't believe displaying pornography to an adult in and of itself is a crime.
