I didn't read properly. I only voted for 1 thing. Soy Sauce. I'm so addicted I can drink it from the bottle.

Sushi is great. Because of the dab of Wasabi and the pool of soy sauce to douse it in.

I also like Horseradish. And hot sauce.

Was hot sauce all the way but forgot about salt. Salt is the key, in the water for pasta, on a steak before cooking, in chili, for nearly anything savoury it's necessary. Hot sauce is pretty close though.
