Hot Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Ketchup

Sriracha, Sweet Baby Ray’s, Heinz

Although I know spices are condiments, I tend to consider only sauces as condiments.

MOTHERFUCKIN SALT BABY

THEN SOY SAUCE.

THE ONLY 2 THAT MATTER

Now I'm salty I didn't pick Salt. I picked ketchup goddammit.

You guys ever make your own? It's not too hard to make.
No, I never attempted to make it myself, but now you say that I might give it a go. I never even really thought about it. Do you make your own?.

I'm not the best in the kitchen hahaha, but if its quite simple then I should be ok.

Yeah, super easy. The hardest part was finding a horseradish. I went to Sprouts and got a weird root radish or something. Had to go back and get the right thing. Never knew what a horseradish looked like. lol

Get the smallest horseradish you find.

Hot Sauce, and it's sad that my body started hating it a little over two years ago, and I can't eat anything spicy anymore. In the beginning it killed me not putting it on everything. Now it's just an after-thought.

Have you tried Wasabi Aioli on steak? It's fantastic. @splendica
pet peeve but most of the time when you hear aioli it's actually flavored mayonnaise. aioli just sounds cooler/fancier. true aioli is pretty much just emulsified garlic and oil hence the name. purists stop there but spices are acceptable. once egg or dairy is added it's mayo. people just like sounding pretentious.

Salt and Pepper is a must on EVERYTHING..

Honey Mustard is my #3 although it's not up there. Can't eat chicken without it.
BBQ Sauce is my #4. I can eat Ribs, pork chops, or steak without it, but I'd prefer not to.

The rest of the stuff on the list I could live without it but they're good in small doses.

If salt is a condiment, then it is certainly and without doubt the best one. I put it on everything.

Mustard because depending on the type it can taste wildly different. I love honey mustard the most. I could eat that on anything.

i dont have a favorite because it depends what im eating that day. i need golden mountain soy sauce, fish sauce, siracha, tapatio, light mayo, ketchup, bbq sauce, and ranch sauce. if i had to choose one, it's gotta be siracha. it's low fat and it's good w/any ethnic food w/meat : asian, italian american, mexican, etc..
