First of all DC and Stipe are better. You can’t make any objective argument against that.
I already have.
DC and Stipe demolished many fighters that beat Fedor, Nog and CC. They also haven’t lost to anyone that one of those guys had beat.
You're also too new to know this, but MMAth doesn't work. Much less with fighters who started their careers a decade apart.
Secondly Fedor and CroCop didn’t even compete in MMA in late 90’s.
Cro-Cop was fighting top kickboxers since 1996. This is relevant because he was a striker in MMA.
Fedor declined after 10 years which is pretty standard in MMA. The UFC fighters I listed declined after competing from around a decade too. Eg. Chuck debuted in 1998 and lost his belt to Rampage in 2007. So he had 9 competitive years.
Hell, even DC declined after a decade. Started in 2009 and lost his belt to Stipe in 2019.
Imagine comparing DC to someone who started fghting in 2018.
See how silly that is? Lol.
Thirdly, look at top fighters who came post USADA. None of them are suddenly falling off after they hit 30 like those Pride guys and some pre USADA UFC fighters did.
You mean like Overeem? Lol.
Plenty of guys who have failed drug tests remained top ranked in their mid-late 30's: Reem, Werdum, Anderson, Vitor, etc.
Hell, Vitor was still competitive after 17 years of career.
That directly refutes your logic that roiders fall offf their primes quicker

MMA is a very young sport that is growing exponentially. It’s ridiculous that you think all of the evolution happened in first 10 years and it has somehow become worse in the following 15-20 years. Although the talent pool has grown in mind blowing proportions. How many MMA gyms have opened in that time? How many fighters have started MMA? To how many countries the sport has expanded? How much more knowledge and training techniques are there now comparing to 20 years ago? Nutrition and conditioning?
Yet everyone is bad now and 15 years ago gods roamed among men. Yeah that makes so much sense
Then why can't Daniel Cormier defend body shots? I mean that's basic striking technique.
You're telling me they're better yet they're clueless on basic technique.
Do you know how Fedor defended body shots vs. Mirko? He checked them and countered with leg kicks.
Yes, MMA has improved in some divisions. MW and WW are lot better now. But HW is hideous. It's a division full of old men and veterans with relatively poor skills. Even young dudes like Ngannou have horrible technique. Yeah, he's dangerous but he's all brute force.
I mean how were veterans like Arlovski and Overeem still close to being contenders not so long ago?
Sorry but that's a crappy division.
Cheers.
