Chicago gives criminals lighter sentences than California. If you want to get mad you should read some of the things criminals get away with there they also have crappier knife and gun laws than CA.

I live in NWI an work in Chicago believe me I know how bad it is. Many places have gone nuts . But Cali seems to be the lightning rod so I go with that
