I started The Book of Vanitas anime. Not bad so far, but hasn't stuck with me yet. At this point I don't know what to watch, which is maybe a good thing. I may just pause from any anime until the new Bleach comes out lol.
 
Really looking forward to Boy's Abyss being animated

Hoo Lawd is that gonna be a dark and twisted anime

Keep watching it. It is awesome. I am on the second to last ep right now. It is one of my favorites. For comparison, my other favorites are Monogatari, Death Note, Gleipnir, PET, K-ON!, Made In Abyss.

They do romance right in it. I think I watched the first 15 mins of ep one on release and gave up on it. It gets so good especially psychologically. The characters and world get better.

sabikui bisco and The 86 were another two good recent animes.
 


I keep coming back to this anime, I really love the Jungle and airplane episode. It's a simple anime but very enjoyable.
 
AOT is so special.

Literally puts the ED to season 2 in context and pretty much is the whole damn story of the Eldians told in Season 4 and bits of season 3. Whats even more funny is that the song is actually in English and not Japanese, but sounds like its Japanese. Its there but we just never knew. The dude is a special writer.

Probably my favorite scene in all of anime, god I miss the grittiness of 90s anime. The hand drawn animations and muted colors were much better imo.

Watched this like last month. Such a great movie. I really liked that they didn't go the predictable route of focusing on the romance on this movie and just sort of hinted at it here and there.

Preach. Once it's all over I plan on rewatching it all from beginning to end. GOAT anime not even close.

The show seems like a video game RPG where you must find this person then that person, then that other person. It's getting stale. I need to see more on the big boss and less of the wild goose chase.

Yup. Thousand Year Blood War arc. I believe it's coming out in October of this year. So another 6 months. I may push it until December or until the season is over though. I may even rewatch the entire anime again first, but that's a big commitment lol...
