Nope sorry bub. One is still designed for combat the other isn't. All the deflecting in the world can't change that fact, son!

The U.S. switch was manly due to cost of the weapon, the ammo and the weight of the the weapon and the ammo.

They had to force most to switch and most wanted their m14 back.

To be fair the wiz kids fucked up the design of the first 16s along with the ammo fuck up. However even if it operated fine as a combat weapon most all like the performance of the m14 better.

Nope, I am trying to make it painfully obvious for a dolt like you that you shouldn't be commenting when you obviously have never fired a weapon let alone actually participated in a gunfight; you're scared of inanimate objects.

You need to quit trying to use even medium fancy words like deflect. You can't even get write and right correct.

FYI all the guns that have been shown were submissions for US Military Service Rifle.

There is no gun range owner. It was a person that has never owned a gun but said he talked to somebody at a range about elbow position you hack.

The M1(and it's variants) was designed for combat and has been used by the military from 1936-present. It isn't a hunting rifle. When you keep saying "one was designed for combat"... what a fail.

Here is the original us combat rifle(M1 Garand) being used.






The posture was also shown with a full stock.

You didn't even know something was called a vertical grip and you automatically think you know about it because well... picture.

A stock isn't clumsy or awkward. A full stock especially on a shotgun is much better. It is also better on a rifle when shooting at medium to long distances. It is definitely more comfortable while shooting prone off a bipod. It's definitely not better at everything nor is a pistol grip. I have said this multiple times.

Btw the platform doesn't matter when you are going for unarmed people in mass shootings. The mini 14 has shown it is more than capable of being used effectively by those pos's.

Shorter barrels, pistol grip to allow for a more stable comfortable grip that's quicker to access and is tighter in the body to allow for a smaller silhouette and is less likely for you to get your posture or gun snagged on your environment in close quarters.

I've said this a million times.

Now we are just repeating ourselves.

You can post as many videos as you want but again, the entire worlds infantry uses pistol grip style weapons and it's not because they look cool, nor because they are cheap...
