I don't think Logano was at fault with the Kenseth incident.

Talladega should be great next week.

Damn! Already a bad start for Corvette.

Corvette_C7_R_Uh_Oh.jpg

Both guys were in the right. Unfortunately for Kenseth, it cost him dearly.

Today we have MotoGP at Phillip Island. The qualifies yesterday were insane to the point of Iannone and Lorenzo having the same time at 2nd and 3rd. Marquez dominated.

1 Marc MARQUEZ 1'28.364
2 Andrea IANNONE 1'28.680
3 Jorge LORENZO 1'28.680

Marquez at turn 14 with his elbow on the ground as bonus.

Did you watch the race? Holy shit! it was fucking amazing, hands down the race of the season so far.

MotoGP puts F1 to shame.

Apparently the idiot driver didn't turn the switch off. The lights were still on so the fuel pump was probably still running.

upwards of a foot of rain forecast for Texas over the next 48 hours.
good bye F1 race.

It was a rainy 2 sessions of qualifying with Q3 canceled. It could be a rainy race. The track drains well but there was a lot of trouble at turn 2. The Mercedes are on the front row with Rosberg just beating Hamilton by following his tracks through the rain in Q2.

Turn 2 could be a big problem at the start this afternoon

Track is looking pretty good now and the forecast looks like it is going to cooperate for a race.

Looks like they are on intermediates.

Well, the race is now back on green and the lead car is still the peen.

Talladega elimination race.

The big one is certain to happen at some point.

Now the DPs are having the 1-2, but a LMP2 is glued behind them.

Fun is at GTLMs, though.

Matt Kenseth is pissed off.

Well, USCC is US based. I'm sure they want to give the DP based cars an advantage over the European-based LMP2 cars.

Logano is playing mind games and Kenseth is self imploding.

Well, the Ganassi team of Pruett, Rojas and Franchitti (not Dario, his brother) win the 12 Hours of Sebring. Meanwhile, a Porsche 911 won at GTLM, beating a Viper by 5 seconds.

However, it was quite an anticlimatic finish. In the last hour, they had a 40 minutes full course yellow to remove a car that stopped on a escape route. Something that takes at most 10 minutes.

That meant the race was decided on a 20 minutes sprint. For those not familiar with endurance racing, it's the equivalent of a Green-White-Checkered.

NASCAR gonna NASCAR.

Not time for slicks yet.

Man! This ALMS/GrandAM merger is starting to suck more than F1 turning green.

At Talladega now. I don't care what they say, NASCAR live is so fun. Hopefully JR gets it, but just because we sponsor him lol

I blame the Enviro-Nazi's for killing classic motor racing worldwide.
surprised they haven't shut down rally.
'green challenge' indeed. fuck off with that shit.

waiting for Aus GP to start.

You might not wanna check Formula E, bro. You're not gonna like it. At all.

Back to F1. Even though the engines sound isn't thrilling, the cars look harder to drive. And there's a chance of raining.

Dis gunna b gud.

Denny Hamlin is having serious problems.

oh yea, I get the less downforce, the increased torque.
that's all good, driver skill will be tested.

but the whole electronic, integrated "power unit"
terminology means it cost MORE money to produce and
maintain.

I remember FIA saying it was determined to bring down the cost of F1.
Just the opposite is occurring.

haha, what a fucking debacle.
three cars starting from pit lane.
car stalls at the start.

my bet is at least six cars melt down.

lol, carnage at the start.
hamilton told to retire and then told to keep
going.
yay, change for changes sake!

the new cars suck in every respect.

Junior's team screws up big time.

It seems Juniors team has given away penalties in so many races this season.

The skies are getting dark in Texas with 18 laps to go.

They need to have guys behind the over the wall guys holding them. It's too easy to lean too far.

Daniel Ricciardo disqualified, that sucks. Red Bull are going to appeal it though.

Allgaier blowing an engine is massive for Junior and Truex Jr.

Cautions are going to create more cautions now.
