The 5 potential opponents for Pacquiao

Reading Dan Rafael talk about the 5 potential opponents that Manny could be facing this fall.
Who would you like to see and who wouldn't you like to see in the ring with Pacquiao?

Keith Thurman
Terence Crawford
Danny Garcia (Arum said hes the front runner at the moment)
Adrien Broner
Jesse Vargas.

Vargas is basically the only one I wouldn't want to watch.
The other 4 would be great.
Broner-Pacquiao would have a great build up that could probably sell the most ppvs off hype.
Crawford, Thurman, Garcia would all be great fights. I think the Broner fight would be great too.

Just no Vargas.

If you were Haymon you logically would want Pacquiao-Garcia.
Garcia could legitimately beat Pacquiao right now, leading to a Garcia-Thurman PBC on CBS or FOX or even a potential card on ABC.
That would be a ratings bonanza.

Garcia and Thurman can a little. There is some name recognition there.
I think they wanted Broner because they knew his connection to Mayweather and his antics would drive ppv sales.
Broner knew that and demanded $10m.
They should give him $8m and make the fight

I agree that Garcia and Thurman both bump the numbers. Those are very good fights, ones that boxing fans want to see. Pac is a guy who can only sell 350k by himself right now, but with the right matchup that number goes back up north of 800k.

You can't give Broner $8 million, and he probaby would not have accepted it (he wanted PPV points too, in addition to $10 million). The offer they made was very fair, and he is a complete idiot for passing. It makes me think he may not have wanted the fight, for some odd reason.

The fight to make is Danny. He is the most accomplished fighter on that list, and he is the most experienced. It would sell very well, it would be competitive, and it would actually make sense from a relevancy standpoint.
