YOU advocate for less trade (this was a cause in the depression)
Stocks are more regulated than in the 1930
I didnt buy a house i couldnt afford.
LOL, you moved the goal posts guy.
You stated you don't need to care about poor people because it doesn't effect you. I responded that as the great depression showed, it effects everyone.
My comment on the great depression was that it had lessons, I did not specify what the lessons were, just as I did not specify those lessons with the Robber barons, or labor movement.
Just that there were lessons to be learned, and that those lessons show the fallacy of your every man for himself, greed is good non-sense, that is destroying this country.
At an individual level, that makes sense. At a macro one, it doesn't. Government looks at society as a whole and tries to establish something that can sustain prosperity. One way of doing that is the safety net that both parties agree with. If you let people fall into permanent poverty, you either have to accept they are to starve/become homeless or that you will have to keep them alive through welfare the rest of their lives. Allowing the safety net allows people to bounce back and once again produce for society and give a net gain to negate the net loss when they needed help. Obviously some will always be net gain and some will be net loss but it's the system as a whole that makes sense. We are looking at it from different perspectives, yours being individually, mine being from a marco/societal level.
I haven't read whatever the fuck you guys are arguing about, but please learn the difference between effect and affect. It really bugs me.
That may be the most horrifying thing I have ever seen.
What is it like to pride yourself on the English language?
I just can't imagine a more worthless skill today, between spell check, voice to text, and shorthand.
It really bugs me when people can't solve derivative equations.

Yes, if the concept of one vote is equal to all else, then i choose to vote for my own interest.
I get your point, but i see it a population problem - you cant stop poor from having kids, and kids in poor households usually become poor adults. However, there has been marginal taxes for decades - and the problem has not gone away. At what point do the working rich say, ok thats enough - i am not responsible for this.
Did anyonr come and take all your stuff?
Probably? No. Trump wishes. Not with that fake tan and beta comb-over.marla maples .. and has probably banged a bunch of apprentice ladies and pageant girls .. yet another swing and a miss from a trump hater
Probably? No. Trump wishes. Not with that fake tan and beta comb-over.
The whole country hates him from Canada to the border. Old men hate him on their death beds and unborn children hate him in their mothers' wombs. No one wants Trump for their President. Only fanatics.
No one wants the bottom people's shit. It's your stuff that is attractive.so i paid 10's of thousands on police protection? I have to pay exponentially more than the bottom for that?
Well, you might be able to defend your own shit at a local level. I assume you live in Canada? Could you defend your wealth against the US government?also, that is on the state / provincial level - what does the federal get me?
Trump has to import his wives because he's too beta to get an American woman.
You want to encourage a system that would allow poor children to be capable of being rich. You do that by somewhat providing a basic net. With children, we give a basic education to high school. I'd argue the system has worked well and in the late 1800's/ early 1900's we saw what the opposite system has. The rich remain rich and the poor remain poor, not so much because of will but more cause of large unbreakable barriers.
Do you agree/disagree with anti-trust laws?
