That's a very bad injury

Having broke my own neck a year ago and given what I saw there...that guy could be in trouble.

Hope he is okay.

I recently accidentally saw (on Derrick Lewis' IG) a guy try to suplex a guy but his neck ended up snapping backwards - his back of his head was touching his upper back. It was so haunting I can't stop thinking about it. I want to start learning my first martial-art, I'm now no longer considering anything with slams due to this.

How did you break your neck? How was recovery, and are you fully recovered??

Hope it's not spinal, but looked like he could have hurt his neck or upper back. His limbs didn't seem to be moving even though he was awake.
