I like Khalil and wish he would’ve gone nuts for a finish and if he lost so be it, instead he lost in a way where it made it seem like he never had a chance of winning because he’s not a technical outfighter that has tools to control range.

I’m saying that was the time to take a risk and pressure/put more volume out, instead he would back of each time and let Poatan set the pace and range.

That’s just poor understanding of who you are fighting and what got you there - you aren’t going to out technical kickbox this guy for prolonged periods with that style, you need to stun him then blitz him.

I’m not saying “drop your hands and blindly swing wild hooks” but that was the time to change gears and up the pressure/intensity/output, none of which have to be done “sloppily” inherently.
