And there is support staff... (thumbs)
I assume they are also mods

(I suppose there are also "admins" which may be a more powerful or higher ranking class of mod...)



Most of the thanks/credit/Valor is due to the thumbs.

But @Kung Fu Kowboy ... imo... is also due some credit for his gracious and tactful manners in the handling of this situation. Presumably other mods too, but just from my personal experience Kowboy is pretty cool and goes above and beyond to help ensure a positive experience for us.
