Got chills when I saw Arnold. Rest was pretty meh. New Terminator type seemed neat. Lesbinator sucked.

Ok I may be in the minority here but Linda Hamilton was one fo the only believable female action leads, in my mind Sarah Connor, Ripley and Vasquez make up the holy trinity of female action heroes.

Hopefully she can pull it off.

That said the movie looks like another CGI shitfest. Practical effects are what made Terminator awesome.

Too little of Vasquez to have her that high imo.

And yea Sarah Connor is badass but seeing this grandma with that big shotgun and the 70's style bazooka doesn't go well. I feel there is an age limit to certain action sequences.

But how is this the day after Judgement day with Sarah being old as shit?

Marketing they want you to understand this is after T2 and the rest didn't happen this is the 'real' continuation.

I really do want this movie to work. Mackenzie Davis has an interesting look to her and I'm happy to see Linda Hamilton come back to (hopefully) get a proper send off from the franchise... but that trailer is giving me the same bland PG-13 vibes as Genisys.

I was excited when I heard Cameron would be back, but I’m just not feeling what Tim Miller is doing here. It feels like Genisys again based on the overall feel of the trailer. If this movie does disappoint then I think it might be time to end this franchise.

One of the main reason why Gensis was bad was because the trailer spoiling John Connor being a robot.

Now they reveal the "main" female as a robot again in trailer? So they don't learn do they? Or are they trying to pull a MCU? CGI looks like crap as always.

I'll reserve my judgment until I actually watched the film, but the trailer sucked.

They already did a evil female terminator long time ago, I have no problem with a good female terminator. It makes sense logically to have female terminators because people tend to drop their guard more around women but terminator performance do not suffer from gender design.

I am hoping James Cameron can work his magic.

Guess we'll see soon whether a lack of Cameron was the reason the post T2 movies all blew it one way or the other.

I agree with what most here have said. It doesn’t look like a big movie. Feels like a regular action movie with the Terminator name slapped on it. T2 is timeless. Just the look of the movie to this day makes you feel like you’re watching something special

Why are they still making Terminator, Aliens and Predator movies when the franchises lately have barely been making money? They seem to have hope that they will hit the jackpot one day with one of the films

Main female roles in this my not be a good idea, but I find Terminator lore very intriguing; I’ll definitely see this in theaters. Hopefully it’s action packed to make up for bad casting.

Looking at the trailer more the imagine quality isn't there, something is way off looks dark, ugly, dirty, lifeless, fake etc.. it's not a good looking trailer. Legit looks like it's Standard Definition forget about HD or 4K lol.

I do like the Mackenzie Davis character for what it's worth my main positive.

Tim Miler said he was making the trailer so this isn't on some marketing/trailer company they hired it's freaking him, his choice and "Jim" Cameron didn't say nothing to him that's so strange, they just lost millions of dollars with this first trailer.

Not in tone, mood etc..

Just a bad picture quality it's grey-ish tint all over the scenes.. dark like dirty screen, ugly.

Indifferent towards all the ladies featured, I just need a good/entertaining story.. Sure, the good/entertaining story could be there but this trailer did nothing but tell me there's explosions, stupid shit on airplanes that probably belong in the A-Team movie, and some shitty CGI.
