Before T3 came out he said he hoped it would suck because he ended the series at 2 for a reason. Then he also said that since Arnold was in it, he hoped it would succeed. Then the movie came out and he said it was "great"I don't believe Cameron had positive comments towards T3 or Salvation, or any at all.
Which kills his credibility even more after praising Genysis.
As much as I hate T3, it clearly is a better film than Genysis.
Salvation gets shit on because since its a Terminator sequel, it gets compared to T1 & T2. Whatever positive aspects it has is irrelevant because fanboys like to focus on the negatives.
He was silent about Salvation because none of his friends were in it (or rather none of his close friends had a big part in it).
I thought Cameron was co-writing this movie.....that's what imdb and Wiki said months ago. now I just checked and no....Cameron is not co-writing this. He is writing Avatar 2 and 3 at the moment....damn it.
Journalists who saw recently screened footage are geeking out about it. If the footage is really that great than they should just release the footage publicly....the Terminator franchise needs all the hype it can get. Just like SW IX *needs* a very epic and showy trailer to get people hyped. One of these franchises has been dead for a decade while the latter is in serious trouble.
