Fried Egg
sandwhich meat of your choosing
pepper jack cheese
avocado slice
sliced tomato
sliced cucumber
Dijon mustard

Sounds good, but I really feel like the fried egg is overkill and not entirely necessary. That said, adding a fried egg on top of anything is never really that bad an idea.

for cold sammies i go straight ham/roast beef/sometimes turkey on sourdough, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, mad olive oil, bacon if im not lazy. if i dont use avocado i just add mustard to the sammich with a clausen pickle.


hot sammiches i just buy a cooked whole rotiserrie chicken, cut that shit up on french/italian bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, mayo, avocado you have to use avocado on this sammich, mad olive oil again lol, & bacon if im not too lazy, and again a clausen pickle and not that vlassic garbage. also if you're a cheese fanatic im sure just about any kind of cheese, whole or melted, would taste good with this.

1) Hot roast beef w/ melted Mozzarella on toasted garlic bread

2) Chicken cordon bleu on a hero with mayo

3) Chicken cutlet, american cheese and bacon on a hero with mayo

4) Two fried eggs sunny side up, bacon, sausage, american cheese on a toasted roll with butter on both sides. Break the yolk once on the bread before it hardens.

As you say in the latter part of your above post, there is no reason why a fried egg shouldn't go on top of anything.
