Turkey, Ham, Bacon, Lettuce (or arugula), Tomato, Chopped Onion, Mayo, Avocado, Egg, Cheese on double decker toast
Cook the ham and the bacon in a pan together.
Add the turkey and heat it up too.
Cook the eggs over easy so it's still runny but not too runny.
Put the mayo on the bread, then the onions, then the avocado, then the turkey, then the cheese (i had smoked gouda), then the ham, then the egg, then the bacon, then the tomato, then the lettuce.
Put middle slice of bread and stack everything again.
Put final piece of bread, cut in half diagonally.
Take a picture for posterity.
Eat.
