Yeah, a lot of schools (at least in BC) warn their students about posting on social networks. It's not so much a problem with boys but with girls it can be.

Posting of public information is by it's nature not private. As for the harassment allegation, how is posting photos obtained from the public forum harassment?

Your argument is weak. Posting porn (whether from the public forum or not) is a bannable offense. Posting private information is only bannable if the information is private. The entire world had access to the images that Chaos posted.

Being tired is not an excuse to make up your own rules. This is not Nam.

The point is that th information was public (ie posted by her) on THIS SITE. It's why several of our long term members who had their real names as screen names chose to change them. Obviously if it's on the Internet it's public, but especially after asking him to stop, the posting of that information and pictures was clear harrassment. He even stated, and I quote, "Who wants me to get rid of WC?." That's more than harrassment, it premeditated, vindictive, and childish.
