Teen sets off firework in a public transit full of people

I wouldn't sweat it, this one is beyond reason as evidenced by the desperate clinging to reckless driving in a post about detonating an explosive device, posting random neglegent firework accidents, and @'ing me twice after quoting me once to Rhee for attention.

I mean I did call her/him out on their stupidity in a way more inciteful than my usual style so I guess I opened that door...but you've been chill and not even properly acknowledged so this one is proving my point.....
I've posted to you TWICE stating that reckless drivers who directly out people at harm should have the book thrown at them.

You are missing the point as i have no issue if you DETERMINE intent and find malice and advocate for 'double digit sentences'.

My issue is with those like Thrawn who think they can assume intent in an fireworks incident as malicious while stating that road rage incidents do not have malicious intent.

My issue is with people in either direction just making assumption, as if fact, and then calling for strict punishment (fireworks because intent), and then saying reckless driving (road rage, no intent) gets a pass.

People like that pronouncing summary punishment and forgiveness are mentally unstable.

That is some weird mental gymnastics you are going through…intent has everything to do with this situation…so don’t deflect to what other people may or may not have done at the same age…the idiot lit up a flammable item in an enclosed environment where people had no way to escape or avoid the fireworks…damn you are thick…
Ya and intent has everything to do with some aggressive driving (road rage) incidents and you are doing some weird mental gymnastics to ignore that.

Young men driving all the time put people in deadly harms way with aggressive driving with no way to escape and it is only by good luck, many times people escape it. Damn you are thick,

It should be whatever that car full of people chooses to do to you is backed by the state. Fuck that kind of thing being tolerated at all. Should charge him with every possible thing that they can make work , totally ruin his life and make it super clear to any other assholes that think that's funny you should probably think again.

I think anything that level of maliciously reckless backed as a "prank" should have extra severity of punishment.

The crazy part is it inspired 9 more incidents of fireworks on public transit in like 7 days.

Yes indeed many times people driving and road raging while being reckless have intent and premeditation.

Is that the point you were you were trying to make?

It's not the same........

A car is a form of transport and the intent is to use it as such........

You keep it simple as you are simple.

You DO NOT know if the reckless driver is not road raging and has malicious intent. You DO NOT know if the person lighting fireworks just thinks it is a goof off thing to do and has no ill intent.

Those are FACTS. i have seen people, with no ill intent do stupid things with fireworks and they exploded in their hands or in places they should not.

You think you can mind read and speak for each person on the planet who is driving reckless and you alone can say their is no malicious ever and there are so many road rage videos that prove you wrong. But here you are speaking as if fact while being wrong.
I agree with you 100% retarded kid is retarded
There is no intent just retardation, if the kid goes to jail at 15 and comes out at 28, still gonna be retarded

You don t see shit like that in societies with more authority like in Eastern Europe, Arab countries or Asia.

What a turd. Put the kid against a wall and line up a firing squad of everyone on the bus with the same style fireworks and shoot the ever loving shit out of this kid. Then we'll all see how funny it is.

Retards gonna retard. <Fedor23>

I think you're being selective here, possibly to support an underlying point about conservative culture creating more disciplined and, therefore, better people? There are shitty, irresponsible kids everywhere. Japan had a short stint of sushi terrorism, but they did nip it pretty fast and hard in the bud. Pretty common in countries like Poland and Russia to have youth throwing fireworks at people and vehicles too around New Year's Eve, and those are not exactly known as liberal countries.

Yes but in those countries people are doing that at their own risk I would say, young or not. In Toronto if I beat the shit out of that kid I go to jail and get lynched for national socialist party membership.

In Russia you get the shit beaten out of you by unamused bystanders and then a second time by cops.

idiocy.

Cars have also been used as weapons many times. People road raging have aggressively and recklessly had intent to harm others.

The entire point of this exchange is you can have 'malicious intent' in either scenario or you can have 'stupid and reckless teen behavior that puts people at risk but where the person really had no intent to harm anyone'. Stupid young teens often do things like that while NOT having intent to harm that us adults look at and say 'they should have known'.

And yet we have sherdoggers here (@Thrawn33 ) who are stating as fact they know the malicious intent in certain situations (fireworks) was there and they know for fact during road rage driving no such malicious intent.

And i will continue to argue against the people claiming such psychic knowledge as they DO NOT know what they claim to.

I actually have shit to do on a Sunday so I will keep it as brief and simple as possible because you aren't worth anything more than minimal effort:

Its because of the intent behind them. One is exactly what it is: wreckless, the other is malicious.

It's that simple, and most sane people can see it.

But keep on with your whatboutisims, kids will be kids, and dindunothin....
Agree it's like murder 1 an murder 2 . 1 is intent 2 is in the moment.

It's amazing nobody can see the reason these sort of videos are allowed, get enough of these idiots causin4⁴

Are you on the spectrum?

I'm saying this because the intention was to light it and point it at passengers in a confined space...... Teenager got on public transport with lighter and firework with supporting person to film, that's the intent..... Proving someone got into a car with malicious intent is very difficult.....

If a person drives a car on to a pavement that's intent..... Carrying a firework and lighter on to public transport is intent......

Walking around at night with tools that could be used to break and enter on a commercial estate where everything is closed at night is intent.....

The setting is inappropriate, your not supposed to carry explosives on public transport and your not supposed to drive on the pavement.......

No point in arguing with @ChosenOne. Troll job at best. Dipshit at worst. His need to be right will outweigh his ability to reason. He brings up mental gymnastics yet ignores his own to compare this incident to reckless driving lol. Yeah because if someone wants to get from point A to point B asap disregarding common courtesy or traffic laws, that's the same as some shitbag who lights off an explosive in a bus full of people while aiming the explosive at them.

Incoming "how did you know their intent?". When they smiled, lit the fuse, and pointed the barrel at everyone in the back. Bitch deserves jail time and a beating

Intelligence spectrum? Ya i am on that and understand why you would ask as you clearly are not

And i reject your claim of absolute knowledge as i have seen people handle guns in reckless and stupid ways, pointing them in the direction of others and even been around when one went off, and thankfully no one was hit.

You are claiming that there is no instance where people are stupid and irresponsible with projectiles in public spaces where they do not have a specific desire to harm someone and you simply cannot know or claim that, and you would know that if you were also on the intelligence spectrum.

it is entirely possible, despite your claims that it is impossible someone would point fireworks in the direction of others and not want to harm or kill them.

I invite you to educate yourself and google 'people being stupid with fireworks' and you will see all sorts of videos of idiot FRIENDS deliberately shooting fireworks at each other while drunk and laughing like idiots.

BUt you claim 'I know in each and every instance they wanted someone harmed or dead' and you are wrong. oh and STUPID.

Idiotic friends shoot fireworks at each other for fun

https://nypost.com/video/idiotic-friends-shoot-fireworks-at-each-other-for-fun/
NO says William Huggins. They are wrong and he knows it and the intent was to harm and kill each other and he can state that for fact!

Literally dozens of such videos can be posted here, with idiots laughing and pointing fireworks at others and clearly not having intent to do anything other than goof on them and scare them as these idiots do not realize how dangerous they are.

But William Huggins will reply to this 'I know better what was in their mind and what their intent was' and then wonder why we are all pointing and laughing at his stupidity.

My need is that when I AM RIGHT, that i state it.

I am right, so yes i need to say that.

'Hurr durr, why does the guy who is right insist on keeping saying it instead of letting us who are wrong get the last word. hurr durr'
