if streams didn't exist for ufc ppvs, i would gladly pay cash to watch hendo vs. machida at a bar (where i normally watch fights worth watching) or if im loaded at the time, i'd order it on ppv. dana is a fucking idiot. machida is the most liked light heavyweight fighter and he's fighting a beast dan. now that ronda is fighting on the main event, this epic matchup between 2 of the best LHW in history will have to fight a 3 RD fight instead of 5. FUCK U DANA.

Regardless of who is a champion and who is not, for the fans, this is a shitty deal; no way Carmouche lasts much longer than Sara Kaufman did who beat Carmouche UD. Machida and Hendo could definitely go 3+ rounds, this is some bullshit plain and simple.

Dan Henderson he fought to earn it and had it taken away in favor of a middleweight coming off a loss.

Even Jake Shields who was on a 14 fight win streak coming into UFC had to earn the top spot.

Even though there is some flaws to your argument, you've made the best one against Ronda main-eventing I've read. The difference between Ronda and Hendo/Shields was the guys were champs of already established UFC divisions while Ronda's division is being rebranded and moved.

And I agree 100% that Barao/McDonald is PPV worthy but I won't argue seeing it on free TV.
