What's the best way to wrap hands (for an mma fight, not sparring)? I've searched on here and only found 1 diagram for open-palmed wrapping. I'm curious as to the optimal wrap for protection w/o giving up too mucch in the grappling dept. Also, do sanctioned events provide someone for this, or is it the cornerman's job. I figure if i learn now i'll be better equipped to corner in the future.
