Yes, I understand he violated his terms of bail. But what matters here isn't that he violated terms its what he did to violate terms. Nuance must be a mother fucker huh?

@Farmer Br0wn is a full troll. The guy actually suggested there was a moral/religious difference between cheating on your wife while in office, vs cheating on her while out of office. And we all know the only reason he'd intentionally make that distinction.

When I called him out to clarify and explain, he oddly didn't respond. He's about as legit as rip, bob and hatchetharry.

If convicted, yes. But it all depends on what they considered tampering. I haven't seen the alleged texts.

lol no, you motherfucking legal eagle, witness tampering is still a serious crime even if he's not convicted of the original charges. It's like lying to federal investigators: you're fucked, regardless of the legality of your other actions.

What I read, is that he and "Person-A" were contacting people about the Ukraine and getting money for the campaign and he allegedly told them to make sure they mentioned that it only happened in the Ukraine.That's it, I have no idea how the events happened. I don't think you do either. Which yes will matter when convicting him.

I'm glad your understanding of this "ploy" is so keen and focused.

The events that got him arrested have no bearing on the penalties for him lying to investigators or tampering with witness, both of which he did. That means even if he's found guilty of all other crimes, he's still guilty of those two.

It's gonna be interesting to see just how emboldened Trump's been by his blind and deaf followers.

He knows he can tell them anything, and just because it's from his mouth, they'll push it. But how willing will everyone around him be to try the same tactic knowing it won't work for all of them?

When this reaches a boiling point, we're gonna see where America's really at. Either we're mostly a nation of still fairly reasonable people, or we're officially a cult of personality that stands for nothing.

You always assume things and go for sensationalized headlines. Don't know if he's being framed but this could be a means to try and extort information. It wouldn't be the first time we've done this.
