No, there are still middle class people living in safe areas in Paris. Yes, significant parts of Paris have been turned into shitholes thanks to racaille and migrants for sure but that s not all Paris except a couple of rich areas as you are implying.

"Couple of rich areas" isn't exactly middle class ... Some middle class still live here, but it's not safe. Then again it's all relative ; safe compared to what ? Japan, Detroit, Liberia ?

That s what i am saying: more than a couple of rich areas are still safe in Paris. Most of Paris intra-muros is safe generally. Of course there are a few places within Paris that are not so safe like Chatelets, the area around Gare du Nord etc, but most Parisians simply avoid those places.
