You scored a 22. You're as smart as Brett Favre, he scored a 22.
He had a great career, but not a great score for his Wonderlic Test. Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre had a 22 for a Wonderlic Test Score. After a successful career at Southern Miss and a very brief stint with the Atlanta Falcons, Favre went to Green Bay and solidified his legend. He led the Packers to two NFC Championships and victory in Super Bowl XXXI. Favre was the NFL MVP three times and was selected to 11 Pro Bowls. For his career, he threw for 71,838 yards and 508 touchdowns. Along with having his number 4 retired by the Packers, Favre was elected to the Football Hall of Fame in 2016.

I'm gonna use the excuse that I was a little drunk and tired and didn't actually prepare for it like prospective NFL players do when they take it before getting drafted. Also, your IQ peaks in your early 20s and gradually goes down from there. I've been out of school for a long time. But 22 is actually higher than the general population which scores 20 on average.

Only finished 24 of the questions, but I was at 17 before it gave me the boot.

I think I know why I got lower, because I didn't understand how to answer those questions with best answers without omitting. I never encountered that before and for sure got those wrong. I had 4 of them. The anagrams and math were easy AF.

I got 16. Damn I'm dumb.

Still smarter than Lamar Jackson

Also gotta remember if you post your first score you're just getting a feel for it, that's what I did. Most players study for the wonderlic. So your score should only go up if it were an official test. Pretty neato torpedo tho

I bullshitted my way through most of it lol

Did you know it was timed though? I might take it again, knowing that I only have 12 minutes to finish it this time lol.
No, I didn't and I changed a toddler's diaper in the middle of the test. But I figure same probably happened with Lamar.

That is a really piss poor measuring stick for intelligence.

Got 40 (same score as Carson Wentz) but did not take a screenshot.

I guess I could've been a contender.

Ill have to take this man is it mostly math questions? I suck at math

Some of its math, but the math is usually just ways to shortcut to the answer instead of doing actual math. If you were taught how to do it, you're good. You can use a pen and paper during wonderlic iirc. This isn't a test to measure actual IQ, it's a test where you can learn the steps necessary to finish the problems, and then you get through as many as possible. It's not hard once you know all the formulas or practiced them. They do it to see how guys adapt to things on paper. Think of it like simplified film. You know what you're supposed to do, so try to diagnose and solve as quickly as possible.

Its not a good indicator of IQ for sure. It's a barometer to see how far out you are compared to your peers. If you're a QB, 20+ is good and below can be okay. Once you hit like 15 or 16 you start wondering why they scored so low. That's why guys like Bradshaw and Marino who scored low are outliers. But you don't expect much from Vince Young and Jamarcus Russell.
