Santos is a weird release, but I wonder how much of that was her wanting to go to PFL now that they're doing a FLW div soon. I mean, Grasso and Shev are probably going to do another rematch next. Then Erin will get her shot at the winner. It's potentially 18+ months before Talia could even get back to a title shot in the UFC, and she'd have to take and win maybe 1-2 fights against girls lower in the rankings in the meantime.

The 1 mil potential prize in PFL is likely way more tempting, and much better option for her. The best girl she might have to face over there is probably gonna be Jennifer Maia, if she signs up, and Talia would beat her.

When belts get willingly vacated, they don't become truly vacant again on paper until the bell sounds at the beginning of the upcoming vacant title fight. 1 second into Prochazka/Potato, and Hill won't be champ anymore, even if the fight ends in a draw or NC. The only time they immediately go away is if the champion gets stripped or is removed from the active roster.

Yeh, Larissa has done amazing over there. Won it once and is likely going to win this next final, though Mohk is a stiff challenge. Larissa has done amazing for a girl who got finished twice in the UFC and was cut haha.

Even just Rose losing to Chook would put her higher than Joanne, imo.
Jasudavicius would have been a good pick, since she's only lost to #10 Cortez and #13 Silva, but has beaten Maverick.

Rose would never lose to cook.
