After more than ten years working in advertisement (some fashion too), I must say that in my opinion is not a matter of she being fat... is more a problem with her crooked legs and ugly face.

There are all kinds of model jobs that require different looks. She definitely could get a modeling gig somewhere. Maybe she got rejected for some particular jobs, but that doesn't mean she couldn't get any other gig.
 
When your body is your resume, they'll hire you based upon your credentials. If you're not what they're looking for, like any other interview, you won't get hired.
 
Anyway, her video is on Time now, so she'll get lots of offers for work. And I don't doubt that the sick Karl Lagerfeld weirdos out there than run the fashion industry wouldn't like her body; she looks sexy and has a nice shape.
