But the men's explanation is seen by the district court, which believes the woman's story "has been very convincing". In addition, her injuries, the men's injuries and the DNA from the men strengthen her story, the court believes. The men are now convicted of serious rape. The verdict reads that “They forced her passive involvement through abuse and threats of further violence. Of particular importance is that they hit her and threatened her with a knife. The abuse lasted for a few hours ”.

The men are sentenced to prison for five years each. They must also pay damages of SEK 140,000 to the woman.

Abdualrhman Omar, Abdikarim Ismael Hasan

The men are citizens of Eritrea, and the prosecutor had demanded that they be deported. The court writes that "it can be assumed that they will be guilty of continued crime here and the crime is also in view of the damage and the violation that they exposed NN so seriously that they should not be allowed to remain in the country".

Both men have a permanent residence permit and have lived in Sweden for 15 years, but the court believes that the men's connection to Sweden is not strong. "They do not have work here and have learned to speak only inadequate Swedish," according to the judgment.

The men have refugee status and the Migration Board has considered that there are obstacles to enforce any deportation. The authority has determined that both men departed from military service in Eritrea, leaving the country illegally. The court finds that the men would in all likelihood be subjected to punishment or persecution if they returned, and therefore reject the claim for expulsion.

To be fair that´s not only a Swedish problem. EU human rights council are the real culprits here. We see the same in Denmark.. Ohh we can´t deport these guys because they risk execution/torture/inhumane treatment in their home country. Hell it even goes for fucking Romanians.

Crazy example in Finland was a guy named Abdiqadir Hussein, a likely Soviet Somali executioner/torturer, who fled the country for obvious reasons after the Soviet-backed regime collapsed.

In the city where I live, he ended up first raping a 13-year old teenager, was released a couple of years later back into public, ended up raping and murdering another 15-year old teenager, and then was still somehow released into an unguarded vacation from prison, after which he immediately sexually assaulted a 4-year old. It was only after that when they finally figured it out, and deported his ass back to Somalia, despite his protests that he was going to be treated inhumanely.

I'm afraid a multiple rapist/murderer who probably killed/tortured people for a tyrannical regime, deserves to be treated inhumanely.

The thing is, there's probably plenty of people who come from these countries who are trying to escape these people. Yet we are bringing them in and not even bothering to run background checks. And even when we do, they still remain here anyway, even if they're jihadists or convicted criminals. Not only that, but they're walking on the streets, preying on people, partaking in crime or plotting attacks.

I don't see what's humane about allowing a serial rapist/murderer to commit further murders and rapes. We're not talking about people getting caught from smoking marijuana, these are people who have committed the most vile crimes imaginable, and show zero guilt/remorse over it. It's one thing if a refugee gets caught speeding or has some drugs in his pocket, you can definitely have the conversation about whether they deserve to be deported or not, but another if he rapes/murders. It shouldn't even be a question at that point.

It's basically a choice between, does this person get to rape or murder more people, or does he potentially face "inhumane treatment" in whatever country he came from. Where, in all likelihood, he's just going to be facing the music for all of the sick actions he committed in that country.

At the end of the day, you should prioritize your own citizens and not put them at risk.

A literal statistical impossibility when you add hundreds of thousands of any type of young men to any population.
