Damn 1000 calories a day from smoking? How does it affect cardio though? You've made me want to start smoking which is a very expensive habit in Australia now LOL.

I just got back to 100% after knee troubles and need to shed a few kilos.
 
Theyre literally all awful but any menthol I guess.
Newports are my shit. Im trying to quit these days though so I switched to the vape pens.(no homo) I use the thin ones because there is no excuse for walking around and smoking out of an old sega genises cartridge.
 
Every night when I'm bored around 11 and am craving food, I just a big fat lip in of some Copenhagen and it's really helped me stop from eating real late at night and I"ve lost weight because of it.
 
I quit smoking and started to double my caloric intake almost immediately. I have since cut it back down but I'm literally hungry all day long.
 
A few things you can try. High fiber high protein high fat diet. Good luck not being full on that.
Ephedrine or caffeine (or both) you won't wanna eat shit while it's in your system. And if you can't cut back beyond maintenance up the cardio son.
