I chose Regeneration.

For people that choose super intelligence, especially that ridiculously high, is failing to comprehend what miserable life they might have chose.
1. You can never have an intellect simulating chat with any living person ever again.
2. Even the smartest people in the world right now would be so dumb to you that you might even despise them, then eventually yourself for being unable to relate.

Human interaction is essential for healthy living and mental health. With 500 IQ, you won't get much human interactions, it's will be like 100 IQ person trying to teach a worm how to communicate back. The mindset and wavelength will be too different to maintain a meaning conversion.

OR

After you invent some cures and super powers you invent a drink that gives you brain damage to only be as smart as average folks.

Superintelligence seems like it has the potential to become a horrendous curse.

Regeneration/immortality might too (although I am a closet narcissist who would secretly love the opportunity to live multiple full and fearless lifetimes.)

Teleportation seems like the thing. I'm lazy and tend to underestimate ready/travel times.

Super Healing is appealing, but as has been said, you'll eventually outlive your loved ones and the planet. Then what? Float around in space forever unable to die and suffering excruciating torture?

Regeneration would be the most logical pick. Teleportation would be the funnest power until you're old. Imagine not just forgetting where you parked but also forgetting where on the planet you live.

my problem with teleportation is that people would notice me suddenly appearing out of nowhere. I would quickly become an international person of interest.

healing/Regeneration like wolverine means I would age slower as well. That would be horrible watching my children grow old and die.
