Assuming TS means the current batman and the current iron man, I'd have to pick batman. The insider suit is too powerful and Tony's current armor can't compete.

With 24hrs (assuming that Tony gets those 24hrs also,) it get interesting but still doesn't look good for Bats.

At each of their resource and expertise levels, the technopathy is, quite literally, deus ex machina. The winner is whatever way someone wants to write it.

Could Batman pull out something that Stark hasn't accounted for? Sure but it wouldn't be much of a story. Even less so given the one-on-one nature the contest.

I will say that more credence should be given to Batman's tech and strategy than in his rundown. He does have some wonderful toys and has used them to fuck up Superman from time to time.

I think you might have complicated the matchup with the rules you set up. In my opinion, it would have been better if you would just have them meet each other for the first time and duke it out.

I'll try to find the full scan. But it specifically said on panel, 1000lbs.

Also prep time is no joke. He's done some serious shit with some preparation. He's basically beaten sorcerers via analyzing footage from his experiences etc.
