SUMO - 2023 Kyushu Basho (Nov. 12th - Nov. 26th)

Wholesomefuji just keeps on winning.

This big for nothing tree has been picked up and carried out twice, this basho. My dude, what are you doing?
Just give his arms to Takakeisho and his knees and back to Terunofuji.

Was today the best sumo from Ryuden?

Kotonowaka is going to Ozeki in a hurry.
Kid might be the great japanese hope in that mongolian shark tank.
I'm still hoping Asanoyama will also make it there.
Hoshoryu is on his way of calmly doing ozeki sumo, he's not there yet but i imagine by summer he will be a solid 11-12 wins baseline, with occasional 13-14 which more likely will mean a yusho.
i don't see him able to zensho yet.

What a sad end for Takakeisho. More tragic because they're gonna need to keep Terunofuji around until someone gets their shit together

Takerufuji heading to Juryo in January, you love to see it.

Kirishima vs Atamifuji tomorrow.
First time someone has gotten 12 wins since July

Don't really mind who wins tomorrow between Atami and Kirishima, as long as they take the Yusho.

The biggest drop off here has been Kotonowaka. Other than Takakeisho, nobody looked good and just fell off so hard.

Hokuseiho can you just stop? Being tall isn't a very good brand of sumo.
