Summery in March (SCO v 31)

I thought everyone would be relieved that the president of the USA didn't collude with Russia.
Help me out here.
I can only speak for myself, but it can be very upsetting to discover that something you were significantly emotionally invested in was false.

Even though the President of the United States is apparently not colluding with Russia, which is desirable, the realization that so much emotional labor was misplaced is from a personal perspective very frustrating and embarrassing.

We can either admit to being incorrect or restate our assertions louder and with fiercer confidence.

Special counsel Robert Mueller has submitted his report on the Russia investigation, and Republicans are gloating. They claim a four-page letterfrom Attorney General William Barr, purporting to summarize the report, exonerates President Donald Trump. They’re wrong. The letter says the Justice Department won’t prosecute Trump, but it reaches that conclusion by tailoring legal standards to protect the president. Here’s a list of Barr’s weasel words and what they’re hiding.

“The Russian government.” The letter quotes a sentence from Mueller’s report. In that sentence, Mueller says his investigation didn’t prove that members of the Trump campaign “conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.” The sentence specifies Russia’s government. It says nothing about coordination with other Russians. Trump’s campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, gave campaign polling data to Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian associate who has been linked to Russian intelligence. Manafort, Donald Trump Jr., and Jared Kushner met secretly in Trump Tower with Natalia Veselnitskaya, a Kremlin-connected lawyer. But neither Kilimnik nor Veselnitskaya is part of the Russian government. They seem to be excluded from Barr’s analysis.

That's all that needs to be said. #SoreLoser

Barr is dangerous, and had already proven it with this bullshit 4 page press release.

Once again : #SoreLoser

The person who wrote that article sounded like one of you here in Sherdog pitching a hissy fit.

Are you talking about the summary linked at the top of major events? Because it's at the top of the major events.

No description of him being vindicated, no witty title at least poking fun at how stupid y’all look?

Nope, but I can see the salt.

Becoming an autocracy isn't winning no matter how badly you want it to be. You're definitely the type of person who would start turning in their neighbors for being "agitators".

No, you're arguing for the President to be above the law. You're a disgusting hack, and beneath my contempt.

Beneath your contempt? What the hell.
Your not even a honest player the way you come sneaking in here and don't have the balls to be up front about who you really are.
The ultimate snake in the grass starts talking about someone being beneath their contempt?
It just chaps your ass that this place gets by just fine without your narcissistic blathering. You think your the smartest guy in the room and it's one reason you won't give up on this collusion crap, textbook narcissistic personality disorder.
You might think about how people knew who you were in about 5sec. Hint, a egomaniac isn't difficult to spot in a crowd.
Don't really need your "beneath my contempt" crap around here.

How can you get to intent without questioning the person you're investigating?

We have not seen a complete sentence from the Mueller Report yet.

Not. One. Single. Sentence.

Just so you know, I spoke with Ripskater last night in discord.

He was absolutely thrilled with everything going on.

Forgot to mention how you took a big goose shit on the leftists here. sorry.

What's discord?
Tell him hi

Hmmm, I would think that at the top of major events, would be the president was found to have done no wrong?

it's because TS isn't in full command of his mental faculties right now

none of what Abramson says matters without seeing that full report. My guess is that Barr and Trump are going to redact everything negative about Trump and call it executive privilege, and than a legal battle will ensue.

I say skip trying to get the report, definitely no reason to interview someone in Trump's cabinet like Bill Barr...just ask or subpoena Bob Mueller and that should solve it if he's willing to answer questions...which he may well not be willing to do.

Understand.
That must be absolutely horrid.

For some the idea they could be wrong, when they believed in their own infallible brilliance, denial is the only option so they can to continue believe in themselves.

Mueller should release the entire report to the media immediately, and deal with the consequences.
