Summery in March (SCO v 31)

No, you’re confusing reality, with what you want reality to be.
The decision was left to Barr and RR.
nope, that was Barr's decision to leave it to Barr...

and the "it's over" statement is hilarious. Enjoy the coming weeks:)

If the actual prosecutor says "the statements are inaccurate" without saying in which way the statement was inaccurate doesn't really mean anything.

And again. This is how we got here. A lie is reported as fact with the no proof

One of is still falling for this shit. And it ain't me

You keep insisting that there is a right and wrong regarding Barr's decision to not pursue obstruction. It was a choice, his choice. He didn't challenge Mueller's finding that Trump was not exonerated of obstruction. He merely said he won't use what is in the report to pursue charges against Trump. You can agree or disagree, but at least get the basic facts right.

Again, you’re wrong. He did not make the choice alone. He consulted Rosenstien, and I believe another “legal precedent” agency (name slips my mind, heard it on news this AM) to come to their decision.

LOL at you talking about facts...

Mueller's report left the matter open, it says specifically that it does not exonerate Trump. Barr decided not to pursue it, he didn't argue with the evidence of Trump committing obstruction that the report contained.

You're confusing what the report said with what Barr decided to do with the info it contains.

If a prosecutor punts the ball that is essentially an exoneration

You like to think you know all that but you don't actually know anything. You're just a guy reading the news. You have no inside information whatsoever on anything.

And it's not an attack to point out that you pretend to know a lot of stuff you don't actually know about.

Lying about stuff I say? Sure that's an attack. But OK, I can see that you don't really care whether you're right or wrong. Back to ignore.

lol like a couple months ago a certain group on this forum wasn't saying that Mueller was a rogue agent conducting an illegal investigation.

Now, I unlike some on this forum have supported Mueller and still supports his findings as I have always thought he was going to do the job he was assigned to do to the best of his ability. So when he says the evidence for obstruction was ambiguous, I take him at his word.

Also, was the obstruction just based on firing Comey, or perhaps it could have been on something else in the case?

Find a single post of mine disparaging Meuller.

I’ll wait...

I didn't say he made the decision alone. Barr is the AG, and he has the responsibility to make the decision and announce it. Whether or not he consulted with other people is irrelevant to what I said. Facts.

Yes, I understand that Barr decided to let the evidence for obstruction in Mueller's report go unprosecuted. It is an exoneration on his part in as far as he made that decision. Mueller's report did not exonerate Trump. These are two different things.

The decision was left to Barr and RR.

That was the determination of Meuller.

They decided, it’s over.

You're still ignoring what Mueller's report said, which is all I've been saying here. Saying Trump was exonerated of obstruction only applies to Barr's decision, not the evidence in Mueller's report.

Nowhere did I lie.

You're so mad about this turning out to be a nothing burger that you've broken your own little rule about responding to me.

Just accept it.

Your girl lost in 2016 and your last best hope for getting a 'win' out if this just disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Now Trump is going into 2020 looking stonger than ever.

Muellers report most certainly did. Because he punted the football. He left it up to another individual/individuals. He essentially pussed out.

I don't understand how you can say that, when Barr's own words about the report say that it did not exonerate Trump from obstruction, that it contained evidence that he did commit obstruction (and that he didn't). Mueller punting the decision to Barr doesn't change that. There's no "essentially" about any of it. I'm just stating facts here, using Barr's words.

The role of the special council was to pass off any findings he had to the DOJ. What did you think he was supposed to do?

Not sure why you are taking it for granted that Mueller intended for Barr to take the reigns. We know Barr took it, no clue what Mueller intended.

Anyone else just completely fucking disgusted with this country? I mean seriously, is there truly any justice? Because I'm starting to believe it is just a lie told to us to keep us in line.

Yep. It's a whitewash cover-up being spun as a total exoneration by a conman. We all see it's wrong except for the ones who want to be intentionally blind.

Justice is nearly always synonymous with power.

You literally wrote “Barr’s decision”.

If you don’t want to be shit on, be precise with your language.

Furthermore, Meuller made the decision to leave judgement to his boss. What is so hard for you to understand? That was his decision.

Oh wait, you’re desperately holding on to this straw to prevent yourself from admitting you’ve embarrassed yourself thoroughly for two years straight.
