Well, there are negatives and there are positives, just most people have them confused. If you're smart, you can pretty much figure out what the stupid people are confused about, and tell what the positives and negatives are and can be, they're pretty obvious.

But the mechanism I, and most people, have used to get it, (smoking) has crippled my ability for other weightloss mechanisms, like running stairs, Saturday basketball, looking forward to long dog walks, et al, just like weeds fat cell inhibition is overridden by eating a box of Twinkies and playing PS3 all night. Right?
