This is what happened with most Hillary supporters. The fact that so many of these dumbasses exist prove the videos point. Cheeky editing aside these are real people, and they represent a sizable portion of the population. These aren't simply cherry picked outliers.

I mean, context and intent matter. In these videos, context is being removed from the quotes, so the students are assuming Trump's usual intent/line of thought and imputing it to them.

So, it's dishonest, regardless of how uninformed the students may be.

The point of these videos is to show people expressing their political beliefs in a candid situation. Editing doesn't change the fact that these are real people with real (stupid) beliefs, and they exist in hoards. Spend some time in CA and you'll see what I mean.

Obama's foreign policy was always what I hated most about him, so it's not like the criticism is unfounded. I think the media avoided talking about it as much as they could during his years in office so it's not really associated with him. Trump campaigned on focusing on America first and pulling back our global interference, then he's having Twitter wars with nuclear powers and civilian deaths have gone up dramatically in the Middle East. So it's not that there's some media conspiracy against Trump, it's just people holding government more accountable like they should have done with Obama.
