Strickland is gonna be champ soon

I think DDP will make more adjustments now that he has a sense for Sean's style after he's been in there with him for five rounds.
Sean will fight the exact same, it seems like he can't adjust based on the opponent's style which isn't a bad thing but you can tell he doesn't listen to his coaches much.... Like during the Jared, Imavov and Costa bouts they wanted him to kick more often and he barely did it despite it bringing success the few time he actually did...
For Izzy they wanted him to wrestle, he didn't do it, altho he didn't need it there lol

So yeah, unless Sean does something differently like standing his ground more or finding a way to pressure DDP then I think he'll lose and a lot more handily this time. DDP will expand on what worked and try to patch up what didn't IMO

DDP will probably snatch victory in the 3rd round out of nowhere

He made Middle weight fun and relevant again

Sean will just try to do enough to get by and lose again. I don't know how he can fight the way he does, then complain when he doesn't win
This. Sean doesn't fight, he spars and then says dumb shit to get the goobers erect.

Those girly punches and kicks were apparently enough to turn DDP's face into hamburger meat the 1st time around.
Like I said jabs for 25 mins can do that. Can't remember him land anything significant because he just hid behind his shell and fought like p****

DDP is actually getting better every fight

I see Khamzat giving him the most problems by shutting down Dricus’s wrestling and possibly getting some top-control time himself

Strickland is gonna throw some real nasty shots but DDP is gonna fire back and he's going to hurt Sean very badly.

And then the press conference will end and we'll wait for the fight to go a full 25 minutes before hearing the judges decision

So what about DDP himself in that post fight interview praising Sean for how powerful his jab is?

Yeah so powerful that's why he has 11 KO's in 29 wins lol. Can't even KO that skinny youtuber and he was throwing everything at the dude lol. He looks like the best fighter in the world against youtubers, LW's or beginners in the gym but in the octagon he turns into a little kitty cat lol

brather, did you see DDP's face last fight with strickland
Im not worried.

DDP is a fighter who actually can make adjustments. Sean is less likely. he can only do what he knows. Dricus will make adjustments to win the fight, especially having fought him once.

Sean thinks he's better, and thinks he won so he'll just do the same thing.

If Strickland wins, does DDP only have to win 1 to earn a rematch for the 3rd and we spend so many years on this matchup? Their first fight was decent, but not too fun, I can't imagine how much this would jam the division.

Lol you can't say someone isn't champ material when they've literally been champion.

Have your opinions on Strickland fighting skills all you like but that's just a blatantly dumb statement.
There have been lots of "champions" who were not champ material.

Strickland is up there with Dave Menne and Nicco Montano. He's a one-dimensional mediocrity who got a gift title shot and fought the worst possible version of the champion. He's a footnote in UFC history.

Lol holy fuck you guys are just weak people.

So was it the same Strickland who battered up the current champ in a split decision where half the media outlets gave him the decision as well?

Does Sean Strickland still hurt your feelings today or have you found your safe space?

Calm down mate, he humiliated Izzy for 25 minutes (even Pereira didn't look as dominant when he beat him despite the stoppage) and he rearranged DDP's face. Strickland is legit as fuck and he has proven it in his last 5 fights

He schooled an all time great for 25 minutes and arguably beat the current champ. Has one of the best jabs and striking defense in UFC history along with very good defensive grappling. He may not be considered a "great champ" but he's undeniably champ material. Can't take that away from him. Probably your feelings are getting in the way of logic here.
