    Really, really good video. It's almost impossible to make a perfect video on this subject with all the factors involved, but this was pretty close to it. Very balanced and from someone who can relate to both at the highest level. That's without going into all the specifics about exercise selection and so on of course, but that's a deeper dive.

    Actually, a very good video absolutely makes sense. I am a strength and conditioning coach but I saw some things for the first time in my life! Thanks for the post!
