Nope. There is almost certainly a pre-nup and she's almost certainly getting screwed in a divorce (she had basically no leverage).

She'd probably get more out of the will. And maybe Mueller finds something so bad that even Pence wouldn't pardon him and then she can remain married to him without having to actually be around him.
 
I could really care less if Trump had consensual sex with this women 10 yrs ago. The one who should care is Melania.

Than if this is the prevailing sentiment than Trump shouldn't have lied about it. And shouldn't have had his lawyer lie about it. And shouldn't have paid her $130K and then say it never happened and that the Lawyer paid it out of his own pocket without Trump ever knowing.

Pretty soon Trump will be arguing what "is" means.

God that interview backfired. She's so obviously lying about so much of it that even if the sex did happen, she's poisoned the well so badly with her other lies that she's completely destroyed her own credibility.

So if the sex did happen it doesn't matter because you believe she lied about other things BUT Trump who has said sex didn't happen would still have credibility in your eyes? And then you have the gall to whine about partisan hackery?

It's looks like they have an open marriage . She married him to climb the social ladder and wealth. She isn't going to jump off the gravy train awhile it is at its zenith.

She says the had sex. Trump said they did not. She was paid $130K to sign a NDA. You don't sign a NDA for a lie - you are sued after telling it. You cannot sign a NDA for something that didn't happen. Trump has something like 17 sexual harassment accusers and didn't pay any of them - but he decided to pay a porno star who was claiming they had a one time affair in 2006? And she sold her story originally in 2011 before Trump was President.
 
I can see people who like gossip and soap operas like this story.

And there may be an argument made that if he is paying off people to keep quiet there is a chance he is open to be blackmailed.

But really a lot of what I see is Democrats hoping Evangelicals will turn on Trump because of this. They won't they already know he is a dirtbag. They like the judges he is appointing. They are willing to look the other way as long as he is their dirtbag.

In other words, in almost a Nietzschean fashion, Trump uses the decency of others against them.
