It's right in line with Trump setting the standard for a new kind of hypocrisy: the unashamed, in your face, daring you to call out out for what it is sort of blatant... I'm running out of ways to describe it.

That is where the story started (and he didn't pay her, he used the potential opportunity of being on the apprentice as bait, like in a bad porno), but the cover up was so botched by Cohen that it has become the story, and could possibly result in Cohen being dragged into the Russia investigation. And, the thug who threatened her will probably be figured out pretty soon.

If she is lying, you sue her for libel/slander(I always confuse the two).

He's trying to have it both ways here and he can't. He can't both say she is lying and then try to enforce a NDA. Either he has to admit to the affair to enforce the NDA or the NDA is voided because you can't have an NDA on something that one side insists didn't happen.
