She's basically forcing Trump to have to publicly admit the affair to enforce the NDA. He can't both deny it ever happened and keep trying to enforce the NDA.

Stormy just needs a billionaire benefactor to back her in any lawsuit that Trump could wage against her. Hell, she could probably crowd fund a defense fund.
 
If there was a full blown sextape including Trump calling Stormy 'Ivanka' & asking to be called 'Daddy' Trump supporters would still call it 'fake'.

Trump supporters are full blown conspiracy theorists in the tank for him until they die. And not the good fun theories like Bigfoot & Aliens but the retarded kind like False Flags, #Pizzagate & anything Alex Jones drunkenly yells to the sky.

I find it hard to believe Republicans in congress will suddenly start valuing their morals over holding onto power but any evidence release should help midterms or 2020 voting back to the Dems.

If I were forced to a gunpoint to pick one person to believe-- a pornographic actress or the current POTUS-- and my life depended on making the right choice, I would flip a coin.
 
She has no tapes or photo's because she would have got so much more than 130K if she did. All she has is her story to tell and for Trump to continue to deny everything.
 
Whoever gets elected president after Trump is going to have things so easy.
 
I'm actually very impressed with Stormy Daniels. She's handling this wonderfully. People start suggesting her motives are financial in nature(which they are) , and she responds by offering to pay back 130 grand lol. It'll convince most people that don't get she'll make much MUCH more than that from the publicity of all this.

Stormy is winning the media war.
Trump to be fair would have a more difficult time winning the war(because he has more to lose), but he is getting slaughtered and his lawyers have been no help. His lawyers have dropped the ball a couple times. The worst was admitting the lawyer paid Stormy and not Trump.

And what the fuck is that lawyer taking out a home equity loan for? Holy shit, Trump should NEVER have let him do that. At the very least it would breed resentment with that lawyer I would think..

What's the "Christmas" part, for your lot? That she's likely been told that the NDA is legally binding because she accepted payment, and now wants to give it back, because she realizes she made a mistake in accepting that payment, because she can make more money on talk shows and a book, and now desperately wants to undo it?

If I was hoping that somehow Stormy could work around that NDA, I would take this desperate hail mary bargaining, as a sign that she's been told that she can't.
