It's hilarious to me how roaring kitty somehow now has all this extra cash yolo-doubling down to be buying gamestop stonk with and basically becoming yet another cult leader for idiots to follow.

Oh I was just told he "doubled his position" according to reports, didn't realize he had calls that turned over.
he had piles of gme calls that expired into loads of cash.
but yeah, lemmings gonna do their thing, regardless.

Thought he was getting shadow-staked.
Either way, he is cashing in on everyone just like all these other cult leaders lol
I'm buying more amd and apple at these prices.

Oh he has never been in legal danger; the hearing anointed him the alt-god-investo-king to a lot of people and he is cashing in on that extra level of sway to move the stock.sorta. i mean, he made a giant pile of $ (nowhere near what it would have been if he sold everything at $300+, though) and was sitting on a lot of cash from it. he's still sitting on a lot of cash from it. i don't think he's cashing in at retards' expense so much as putting his money where his congressional testimony was/is. might be partially a legal maneuver, but i doubt he ever felt truly at risk from suits/scrutiny.
What trading platforms are you all using?
I have several, but I think it's time to switch my Vanguard IRA and brokerage to Fidelity. ER's are just as competitive or even cheaper for equivalent funds, no trailing stop losses in Vanguard, no inverse ETFs in Vanguard, hefty fees for splitting SPAC units so not advantageous to buy pre-split SPAC units at/near NAV, etc, etc. Just wondering how long everything will be held up for.
I agree. I have TDAmeritrade, Chase and Vanguard. When I first opened Vanguard way back when it was a no brainer for me at the time, but it's time to move on.vanguard's great if you want to call people and go 1980s. aside from that, it seems far behind most of the brokers now.
i don't have fidelity, but it's supposed to be pretty decent and they specialize in IRAs (their quasi-margin, etc).
i use a bunch of brokers and i'm not stoked about any. imo, they all have their pros/cons. i've been waiting for a clear winner for what feels like forever.
(and speaking of, i was able to undo my webull roth mistake pretty painlessly... just inexplicably needed to wait a few days for the platform to allow it [remove excess contributions] )
Vanguard I still hold some for its reliabilityI agree. I have TDAmeritrade, Chase and Vanguard. When I first opened Vanguard way back when it was a no brainer for me at the time, but it's time to move on.
You and @rob mafia should start a Conspiracy Social Club bruvvalol CNBC is balls deep in BTC
Why?
Because its employees arent prohibited from buying and selling it, unlike stocks, so they can pump the fuck out of it.
They have some dumb bitch on to talk about "BTC's energy usage" and she just completely ignored what the energy costs are with "well everything is relative, why is some energy bad and some energy good?"
No bitch, I dont want to pay for things using tokens that cost like $10 in electricity per transaction rofl.
'I predict it will stabilize eventually'
Seriously these people are all just uttering fortune-teller platitudes.
Decent play tbhlost my Stock virginity today. purchased my 1st 5 shares.
NIO Inc, don't let me down.
