Volatility is beautiful.
I reshorted Live Nation after the liquidity injection since their problem is pure virus cancellation not debt. Will now close it again after another 7% swing.

Just from personal experience, I'd reccomend Fidelity. Been with them for years. Have friends who are with Charles Schwab, and would recommend it as well. Just do your homework and pick whichever you feel comfortable with.

I'm a Schwab guy. Easy to navigate and ETF with really low expense ratio. I use ETF's for treasury and bonds.

she doesnt know the difference between SPY and TQQQ, got TQQQ a little below 50? LMAO, not that it would be drastically different anyhow, but thought it was funny. The whole weak she was begging for me to transfer funds, I'm glad I delayed it a bit or we would have got at a much higher rate.
 
Is Bitcoin dead? It was supposed to be protect your money from market crash and inflation. It's doing anything but and crashing harder than stock market. It's down 35% as we speak for the day.

Pretty sure it's been dead for a while and only stubborn bagholders and crypto-currency fetishists kept it where it was.

yeah, it's been revealed as just a gimmick as it did not provide an alternative to a global pull-back in equities. that was its premise, that stonks are fake value and bitcoin is a real currency which will survive the apocalypse. nakedly untrue, if this crash can serve as an example.

My guy is telling me now is the time to risk some assets...but I’ve never been the risk taking type with my money. I always play it safe. When the rebound happens some people will be making some bank no doubt. I’m just too much of a pussy to risk it. I’ve seen too many colleagues leave a patient waiting and run to their computers only to start tearing their hair out haha
 
Bought about $15,000 today in various banks and ETFs. Let's hope we're close to the bottom.
 
Some funny opening spikes on short squeezes.
I sold all my energy gains at the open and tried to short some stuff with mixed results.

Then made a nice score shorting Restoration Hardware.
